As the communications assistant at the institute, I actively participated in creating flyers for clients/partners organizing events throughout the city of Newark. The flyers needed to be adaptable for different platforms as they would be distributed across various channels. In cases where the event was held virtually, I took the initiative to prepare presentations. Collaborating closely with the event planning team, I contributed to scheduling decisions and ensured a clear understanding of deadlines. Additionally, I took charge of designing merchandise to be distributed at these events.
